in 1994. A chartered accountant, his understanding of financial markets
was gained in the 1980s with Cazenove & Co where he worked on the
corporate finance side after a spell as an investment analyst. Over the
last 17 years, he has successfully advised the boards of a wide range of
UK and international companies on their communication activities. His
experience includes IPOs on the London and overseas stock exchanges,
mergers and acquisitions (including contested takeovers), MBOs, private
equity transactions, capital issues and crisis management.

Sally has 40 years experience in
manufacturing, retail & service environments. She is involved in all
aspects of accounting - preparation of accounts, forecasts, budgetting
and payroll. Sally is used to working with multi-branch organisations.
